Some proposals are carefully planned. Others require a little improvisation.
Tiffany and Caleb travelled from Singapore, but Tiffany had no idea Caleb was secretly flying to Sydney to propose.
Caleb first reached out to me on Instagram asking for help planning the surprise. Over the next few weeks, we jumped on a few video calls, working through locations, timing and how we could pull everything off without Tiffany suspecting a thing.
Our original plan revolved around Tiffany's sightseeing itinerary... until Sydney's weather decided otherwise.
With sunshine one minute and rain the next, Tiffany completely changed her plans on the day. Caleb and I were suddenly trying to work out a new location while staying one step ahead. After a few messages back and forth, he managed to convince her to jump in an Uber to Mrs Macquarie's Chair.
Thankfully, everything came together perfectly.
With the Harbour Bridge and Opera House behind them, Caleb got down on one knee and Tiffany said yes.
It's funny looking back because almost nothing happened according to our original plan. But sometimes those are the stories that make a proposal even more memorable.
Congratulations again, Tiffany & Caleb. Thank you for trusting me to help capture the beginning of your next chapter together.
